My take on some of Qs posts last night.

Q keeps telling us that the People have the power we have just forgotten how to use it. In the past, most would translate this into a call for direct action in the form of a big march or some large public demonstration.

However, Q is sharing this with a load of bedroom autists. We're less inclined to do things IRL, and more inclined towards activism over the net. While one thing that might end up happening off the back of our work on social media, is that Normies eventually do rise up. It's our activism across social media that's important to Q.

That take me to Q's Class Action and algorithm posts. We already know that we are being censored on Twitter, Facebook, youtube, and Q just told us this is because they have rolled out an algorithm specifically designed to censor us and distort the narrative on social media.

I think Q is suggesting we the people raise a class action lawsuit against the social media platforms who are censoring us. Think of the impact of this on the MSM narrative - Russian bots don't sue companies. Class Actions have a list of real people who are suing - Russian bots aren't real people.

LEGALANONS - HOW WOULD WE GO ABOUT RAISING A CLASS ACTION AGAINST TWITTER FOR SHADOWBANS ETC????

On 15 Feb Q said to WATCH THE WATER

"Coca-Cola and Nestle are pushing to take ownership of the Guarani Aquifer in Brazil. Named for the indigenous Guarani people, the world’s second largest aquifer lies beneath parts of Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina – and it may soon fall under private corporate control…"

Ok, I've done a little Class Action digging. I'm a UKAnon but I am looking at this from a US perspective.

https:// www.lawyers.com/legal-info/personal-injury/resolving-a-personal-injury-claim/class-action-basics.html

Under the section, 'Common types of class action'

>unfair or fraudulent business practices related to services (including phone, banking, cable television, etc.)

Could shadow banning people with Conservative views on Twitter be seen as 'unfair'. I'd say yes.

Under the section, 'Class Action Certification Requirements'

>In order for a group of claims to proceed as a class action, the class must be "certified" by the court. Depending on the underlying subject matter, a class action can be governed by federal or state law. The procedure for certifying a class differs slightly among the federal system and the different states' rules, but many states mirror what is set out in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), so let's look at the certification requirements as laid out in Rule 23(a) of the FRCP:

>There must be so many possible claimants that it is "impracticable" to join them all as named plaintiffs into one traditional lawsuit.

>There must be common "questions of law or fact" across all claims, meaning the claims are based on the same flaw or wrongdoing. Thousands of claims against a manufacturer for a faulty dishwasher switch is a good example.

>The named plaintiffs, or class representatives, have the same claims as others in the class, and any arguments the defendant might raise would be the same or similar. In the dishwasher example, the named plaintiff's claim can't be connected to a defective pump.

>The class representatives will provide fair and adequate protection for the class. (Here, the lawyer(s) representing the class will also be scrutinized, especially as to the fee agreement. Learn more about How Class Action Lawyers are Paid.)

I'd suggest that Twitter Shadow bans would map against these criteria.

What I say a class action lawsuit?

>a class action is a type of lawsuit where one of the parties is a group of people who are represented collectively by a member of that group.

When is it effective?

> …they aggregate a large number of individualized claims into one representational lawsuit. First, aggregation can increase the efficiency of the legal process, and lower the costs of litigation.

Who controls the narrative?

>clowns

WHO wrote the singular censorship algorithm?

>google???

WHO deployed the algorithm?

>Google, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook - all big SM platforms

WHO instructed them to deploy the algorithm?

>clowns

SAME embed across multiple platforms.

Why?

>they are tracking people across all their internet activity

Why is the timing relevant?

>doing it now to try to prevent THE STORM

Where is @Snowden?

>We think he's in Russia, but is he actually in NK???

Why did ES leave G?

> he was bringing too much heat to G with his sadistic sexual preferences + POTUS EO

Why has NK out of the news cycle?

>Because POTUS has neutralised the real threat they pose

Define false flag?

>False flag refers to covert operations designed to deceive; the deception creates the appearance of a particular party (group or nation) being responsible for some activity, disguising the actual source of responsibility.

What event(s) change the news cycle?

>School/public shootings ie False Flag events

Why didn’t LV change the news cycle?

>because it wasn't a false flag, it was a failed assassination attempt. Rather than amplify the event like the parkland shooting, which was designed to drive forward their agenda, they put a cap on LV because it was a failure.

You have more than your know.

BOOM.
