What I say a class action lawsuit?

When is it effective?

If POTUS were to file a libel lawsuit against the MSM directly, it would be seen as him trying to silence media opposition and an abuse of power. However, if a class action lawsuit was filed against them that, instead of POTUS, named the COUNTLESS other individuals that the MSM's slandered over the years, the MSM would have no ammo. They wouldn't be able to defame and dismiss all of the accusers.

The fact that they only use it for "lone wolf" false flag attacks here and there tells me it's very difficult to pull of. If it was easy, they would form a full brainwashed army.
