This is a HUGE order it may not work at a grass roots. I'm not entirely sure HOW this could even be accomplished without backing.

Personally I think we are about as organized as we can be for Chan. In order to organize physically we will have to step out of the shadows.

Still we need to try and get organized

I know that's not want the admin wants but lets face it, it is a militia and should be organized as such. You will get a bunch of out of work scrubs (affectionately) if it's purely volunteer. It would at least have to be paid otherwise real talent can't keep their family fed.
