This is not true. Twitter scans a person's tweets, bans, likes, etc to pick out "interest" categories. If someone tweets on various topics, they will have a lot of "interest" boxes. Twitter uses these to display "relevant" ads to users.

When Dem ads appeared on my stream, I blocked those users. This created a "conservative" interest box for me. When I had an argument with someone who claimed to be conservative, this removed the "conservative" interest box for me.

It's really creepy how this feature works. That is not how they throttle.

He should have asked how many white staffers she has. One of my pols (Dem) only has Jewish men for staffers. Might be interesting to check the diversity of staffers on the left.

A fibro body has become super sensitive to stress. Soft tissue has lost a lot of elasticity. Tendons and muscles are similiar to an elderly person's.

The brain creates the sensation of pain in everyone. In normal people, nerve compression or pain receptor activiation typically kick start the whole process. In fibro sufferers, chronic stress does it.

To stop pain requires getting rid of all stress and learning to calm down mentally and physically. This will help you also sleep better. Once the pain stops, you can add back some stress but not very much.

To help restore elasticity in tendons and muscles requires doing physical therapy type rehab work. Once they're no longer stiff and moving correctly then you can add physical activities…lifting, swimming, biking, etc.
