On the watch. YouTube search for chronograph. The main hand is the stop watch. It’s at 0 because it is reset to there by pressing the bottom right button. The bottom small dial is the second hand dial. It’s easy to verify by looking at any video showing how it works.

It clearly shows what is normally the second hand only working with the stop watch function. Also - it would be 3:42 if rounding to the nearest minute anyhow. So there.. lol
