I struggled to see how she could be arrested "Monday - the morning on Oct 30, 2017" The phrase "morning on…" makes me think it doesn't actually have to be Oct 30, just in line with it on the clock.

Turns out Monday, March 4th is on the same line as Oct. 30, 2019. Which is a 2-year delta from Oct. 30, 2017 and 5-steps ahead of Oct 30, 2018.
