Why are Satan and Lucifer portrayed as different entities? Because they are different entities.

Satan is Saturn. His son is the Destroyer.

Lucifer. Marduk. Nibiru. The dragon the serpent the black sun.

Lucifers knowledge was fire. That's the gift.

In reality it's a massive celestial object that comes too close to our planet and sets everything on fire.

On a personal level I think it's pretty hilarious that every single "god" this world has ever known is Planet X.

Change the names. Change the back story 1000 times. It's the same event.
