Way back when(ol' fart here) they had questions about gender identity in sports(Olympics), they had a simple solution. They did tests and Physical inspections.
The easiest thing to do now is to have a DNA test. We have 2 genders and any sport should be divided along this line. If you are a biological male, you compete with males. Females compete with females. No hormones may be used during competition and no evidence of prior hormone use can be allowed.
The insanity of this truly needs to stop. Time for the thinking adults to take over and bring sanity back.
