if @snowden's final mission was to create the censorship algorithm - with @jack if Q was hinting at this in previous drops. So knowing @snowden is a spook and AT&T are with the NSA, and who argues which angle on the Internet Bill of Rights we can see who is with who.

I thought AT&T were brought to heel by POTUS in the prior few months - what happened with the notable departures list and them?

They are not calling for them to be involved in drafting the Bill of Rights themselves, they are calling for a Bill of Rights to be formulated by Congress. They state that they do not censor or throttle based on content, but they have recognised that this in itself is not enough, and that the content providers themselves need regulating.

Q just stated that there has been a singular censorship algorithm rolled out across twat / fb / googtube and that @snowden's final mission was to create this algorithm - with @jack according to recent Q drops.

Knowing @snowden is a spook and AT&T are with the NSA, we can see who argues which angle on the Internet Bill of Rights, and therefore who their interests are aligned with (ours or DS).
