I am very much a Patriot, and I have expressed caution about letting evil companies like ATT push something that we want, but which could end up being insidiously written to do more harm than good .
So the wording of such an Internet Bill of Rights must be very carefully crafted by people we trust.
There were many arguments about the hidden meanings within the 'net neutrality' wording which many claimed enabled sensorship while claiming to protect us. After long discussions for and against, many people were left confused & unsure if net neutrality as written was actually a good or bad thing.
Considering the insidious twisted legalese that gets slipped into laws that claim to protect us, we have to carefully watch the lawmakers to create this.
