Sit still in silence and remove all thoughts from your head. Then you will feel a connection to your Soul, and eventually with practice, connection to our Creator. Do not try to understand what's going on, just go with the inner flow, free of external influences. Focus on this power and direct it towards the positive future and solution of your own personal or planetary problems. This is "prayer" (meditation) that is most effective. Do not worship external deities, you are then giving your power away for sinister purposes. No positive worker of Light, lord Jesus Christ included, wants to be worshipped.
