Note the advert for the LG G2 smartphone and the bins by the subway entrance.

For this pic I am going to say early 2014 - possibly late 2013 due to the clothing and the LG G2 release "..first released in September 2013"

In July 2014 the 3 bins are removed and replaced with a little shop/kiosk at the back of the tube entrance. As far as I can tell this is not removed again. So Q's pic must be < July 2014 - also LG G2 advert..
