As sure as you are that it means physical illness, I’m equally sure that it means psychological illness.
Seeing the talk about the 90% hospitalization subject, I think you all thinking it is disease related need to go back and read the context of the drop. That’s why (at the time) only 40% (since agreed to up to 60%) of Truth would be revealed. More would send 90% to the hospital. Physical illness doesn’t fit in the logic. Cognitive dissonance of the reality we live in would cause 90% of the world’s population to (probably voluntarily) commit to mental hospitals.
