Found a very interesting statement by Barr in Washington University Law Review regarding Congress Appropriations Power and how it can be abused to control other branches of government, most notably the example he provides talk about the DOJ and Executive Branch (Pardon Power).

Not a lawfag but seems relevant in more ways than one.

Define 'thesis' statement.

What benefit(s) does this provide BARR?

"This is not simply another four-year election. This is a crossroads in the history of our civilization that will determine whether or not we, the people, reclaim control over our government." - POTUS

Logical thinking.
