As I've mentioned a few days ago, I can imagine Merkel is the culprit. Have nothing to prove it. But there is the worlds largest internet node "DE-CIX", located in Frankfurt, and Merkel has always been very interested in joining the five eyes, making them six. Hussein probably was not disinclined. And knowing the burning antipathy she has against POTUS, she is the first suspect.

Would certainly be hilarious to see her go down in that brawl.
