Brothers, I have talked about Michigan in the past. About how i truly believe and feel about the opprotunity for real-estate that exceeds anything we have seen before.

At the very basis of this, is the amount of heavily grouped mass plots of untouched natural beauty, available for dirt cheap (think 1000 acres for half a million dollars) but beyond that basic, yet effective reason is the fact that the nature of the land that is available appeals to a specific group of people.

People that want seclusion and security from others in a paradise of their own creation, a home that meets all of their needs and many desires, land securuty, ect. Most of this time, this ends up being people that make enough money to live that way

It would be a developer's paradise in this new economy, it already contains hundreds of natural beauty spots, you could plan a trip to take around the state and see a lot of great things placed just about everywhere, there's always something to go see or look at that has to do with the natural beauty of the world, and it is dirt cheap to actually own most of this state.

On that basis alone i will contend that Michigan is an economic goldmine; a state of complete gold comprised of government that has sullied it, cause it to be both untouched and additionally dirt cheap. The negative influence the Michigan government has had on this state will cause a MASSIVE rebound effect once it is liberated, and it will be liberated with the removal of corrupt officials to come.
