In reading the book, "13 Hours", the author states that Benghazi is known as the 'Spider Web' on account of the arrangement of its streets. This struck me because it didn't show up in the movie AND Q's references. Then, when Q mentioned Tactical Nukes, I immediately thought of the funnelling of the tactical nukes to Syria that FBI anon spoke of in addition to the server housed there.

I think Q is letting the DS know that the secrecy of actual treason is soon to be lifted.
