I wouldn't say that something is "wrong" with him.

If presidents use declarations of emergency as a tool, there is always the danger that it will become more and more "normal" to do this and this is the reason Paul has given for him voting against this.

He is right.

But, on the other hand, what's Potus supposed to do in this given situation.

Paul and Trump are both right here; this is a dilemma.

I'm glad, you're seeing this too as a dilemma.

Without the Dem's and the MSM, I#m pretty sure that Potus wouldn't have needed this emergency declaration, because common sense would be that something has to be done to secure the border.

Imo, Paul is an honorable man, standing up

for the constitution and the values of the republic.

Because of the irresponsible behaviour of the Dem's and their MSM, we need Potus doing what he is doing

AND we need Rand Paul doing, what he is doing.

We need them both.

They both are right here.

>and I harbor no animus toward Rand.

Sometimes doing the right thing, while doing the wrong thing (not helping Potus here with his vote), is important, while it is not an easy decision.

Another politician will give his vote to support Potus.

A man has to do, what his conscience tells him to do.
