>The Richmond San Rafael Bridge is falling apart, too. Had to close a couple of weeks ago because football sized chunks of concrete were falling down onto cars.
Got into such a state of disrepair, eh? That's just criminal.
And that points to yet another answer for how to repair a bridge without shutting it down.
Preventative maintenance. And that means building-in serviceability. Anticipation of future corrective action is part of the repairs going forward. Not just a quick fix for the short term.
A 16 year plan, well-executed, has a beginning and an end but its good ends will end without this kind of foresight. That is why I like v.f. much the Q movement focus on first principles and digging up the roots of curruption – not just changing the chess pieces from black to white, not just replacing their bastards with our bastards, not just winning a battle but fighting to win the war.
TY Anon, been looking for reinvigoration this afternoon. Found it here among frens.
