I agree with Rand Paul. He is simply stating that our government was set up for Congress to control the purse strings.

What I think may be in play here is this: Its all a dog and pony show. When he declared the National Emergency, he performed a presser where he said "then they will do this, then they will do that…", using that monotone voice.

He wants the narrative to point out just how government is set up to work. Anons know it isn't about the wall, and Anons know the wall is so much more. But if you refer to the video that got DJT elected, he says we need a new, better government. I think the National Emergency is the baby steps or roll out of a new and better form of government with safeguards so that it cannot happen again in a generation or two when everyone falls asleep again.

>POTUS is CEO and he has STATUTORY flexibility in the budget according to existing law - GET IT?

>this is complete political BULLSHIT

The point is the founding father's set up our original government so that one branch couldn't be stronger than the others. Even POTUS has to have limits. And if the current law is other than this, it should be changed. We want the American people to be the ones in charge of whatever direction the country needs to go. That is why Rand Paul (a Libertarian… less government) wrote the article.
