Question about POTUS' tweet which began: Oh' I see…

Did POTUS accidentally use an apostrophe where he may have intended to use a comma after the word Oh?

Or is it an intentional misspelling/use of the apostrophe after Oh?

The apostrophe normally is used to indicate letters omitted like in the word in Can't, won't, I'll. Or even with omitted words as in O'clock(on the clock.

Is POTUS leading us to someone whose name(s) begin with the letters OH?
