Change "has" to "is"
ATT is the data collector and storehouse.
They need internet freedom in order for us to post what they want to collect.
If the internet is censored, then were does all the juicy stuff go to?
"Target subjects are pre disposable to certain mental illnesses."
Ummm. Shouldn't that read,
"Target subjects are predisposed to …."?
There are two kinds of target subjects:

those destined to serve in the hierarchy, carefully traumatized with minimal external scarring, and carefully raised to serve the plan and not just to serve individual 'needs'.

those who are disposable and who are disposed of after being used, before age 30, can be marked up badly by torture, bred for genetic stock, harvested for blood and parts, ceremonial instruments.
Most who are taken and programmed are disposable. Everyone they take is "initiated" including those now at the very top. Been going on for a VERY long time.
We might call it "THE CRIME"
We might write #TheCrime, by which we mean the History of the Enslavement of All Humanity by the Initiated Ones who perpetuate it.
So vast, so monstrous it cannot today be absorbed by the normies around us. But, more and more are awakening to this living monster that hides in plain sight among us, that delights in rubbing our noses in its ugliness, that drinks our blood and eats our flesh, that murders, whose sacred power is institutionalized mind control of the highest art.
