There is a website that has an archive of all of Trump's tweets:

I used a resource there to download a CSV file of all the tweets since late October 2017. That was too large a file to post on pastebin, so I filtered for the date/time stamps only, and posted that:

There are 4766 tweets on the list (including retweets). I think the times shown are in Eastern Time (matches ET for tweets I checked, but it would be good to confirm that before publishing results.)
I'm intending to scrape the qanon.pub file for Qs posting times, and then compare deltas, but I can't likely get to that until later tonight. So putting this up in case anyone else has the second half of the data on hand, or wants to use the Trump tweet timelist I've put on pastebin.
