The author is describing the typical. Moonchild rituals are atypical occurrences. The question is "Does God hold responsible those who had no choice?" The answer is Jeremiah 31:29,30.
Yes. It says the father's sins are not inherited by the child. The father sins by dedicating the child. The child does not inherit the father's sin. All of us equally responsible for only our own choices.
None of us have an excuse no matter what we have been through before committing the sin. God understands exactly what we all have been through and on a level we ourselves cannot comprehend.
We all have the same equal opportunity for Mercy. Regardless of circumstances. Some moonchildren have probably never seen the light of day. They still have the same equal opportunity to accept Jesus or deny Him.
No one is left out of God's Plan of Salvation.

There are two different Greek words translated as "judge". One means to judge for separation (ex: You are going to hell). The other means to judge for examination (ex: Criminial investigation). The word judge in "Judge not" is the one which means to judge for separation. We do not know by name who is or is not going to Hell or Heaven (aside from one who is named) so we cannot judge the eternal fate of others. We can investigate to judge a matter and we all should do that. It is one of the reasons we are here on this board…

The summons was posted on this board. It is a factor now. Children being drugged is also a factor but in a bit of a different way. They are more important. Even so, a prayer for protection will certainly help.

But the summons being dropped on this board signifies there is an operation regarding specifically this board's ability to continue. Azazel had to be called into the picture at a price (as you know). Although God is the ultimate gatekeeper for the cloud, the fallen will not stop attempting to enter it… so.. best to be on guard. Preemptive strike prayers.
