I'm watching "From JFK to 911 Everything is a Rich Man's Trick" and it mentions the KEYSTONE. The ruling class controls us through fear, and the keystone is always creating an enemy to keep us in fear. It sounds like this is something that Q could be referring to when he says keystone.
