Thats when it started. The cops would stop and frisk on the streets when 3 or more ppl were gathered. They did it in poor neighborhoods. It was supposedly over drugs and violence.
Innocents were caught up in it. Ppl that were just outside talking but the cops stopped them too. Made them angry. Cops can't tell the difference between good guys and bad guys so they were all labeled bad.
The minorities became more violent towards the cops.
The cops became afraid and started shooting. What the hell else were they supposed to do?

Watch a cop kneeling down bawling his eyes out over a 5 year old little girl who got shot in a crossfire with cops and bad guys…and the bullet came from his gun.
