Turned up a couple of other males in Alabama with that name, but one graduated from Auburn in 2006, so he's too old, and the other one looks 13 in his FB photos, plus he has Trump in his "likes" category, so he's too young.

Saw one tweet that he'd shot his cellphone before shooting himself (!)

All news stories about him read almost identically, because for one thing, it's Sunday so almost no reporters are working and they're just running with AP wire stories, and two, attrition and overall weirdness means almost no actual reporters anymore. Management doesn't want to pay for them because their bottom line is already shit, and besides, management has an agenda already and doesn't want any extra agendas screwing up their narrative.

"Reckless", as a word, has an entire world of definition in legal terms.

I remember FBI Anon using it - can't recall the quote verbatim, but basically he said that Hillary disliked Obama because he's black, and Obama disliked Hillary because he thinks she's reckless. They're both lawyers, so they would think of that word in those terms.

"…deliberate or conscious exposure for another to harm signifies the level of culpability which should be reserved for serious criminal offenses…"

What stands out to me are the words deliberate and conscious. Choosing to put other people in jeopardy, with purpose.
