Yes I heard about the UN courts and I also heard of UN military stationed in the US. I have no proof of any of that though. I guess if there is a 'shadow government' it would imply that there is a 'shadow judicial system'.

Added to that is that they change the terms continuously. Very difficult to to keep up to date on the changes. It should be considered UNREASONABLE for the average user to keep up on them.
