Black people have become politically irrelevant. The politicians don't really care about them anymore (not even the black politicians and ESPECIALLY the black politicians. They just speak platitudes at the people because they know that the people are easily manipulated. History proves this over and over again.
The vote that the politicians care about is the Hispanic vote. Hispanics are now the largest growing segment of the population, and unlike blacks they actually come out to vote in elections. They are a huge threat to traditional white American culture because most of the time, wherever they move to in the US they breed up in large numbers and spread, most no longer bother to learn to speak English, and the significantly change the demographics just with these two factors alone. The illegal ones receive public benefits (yes, they do, no matter what the politicians say). Their children are educated in public schools are your and my expense, and they get free health care and other benefits that many American citizens who need help are denied.
This is the reason why the Democrats don't want the southern border secured and why they love it that the number of illegal aliens inside the country continues to grow. Insta-voters in many areas that used to be traditionally Conservative.
Pay attention also to the refugee programs. Some would have us believe that this has stopped since Trump won the election. It has not stopped. They are still coming. Its just not being reported in the news for obvious reasons. These people are changing our demographics too.
Many who are not supposed to be voting are voting. We have seen the evidence of that. What is the plan to stop it? There isn't one. Its just all talk.
If you want to know what the plan is to address the issue about how America is being forever changed culturally by unchecked immigration you can read all about it in the articles that have been published on Breitbart last week. In fact, the headlines on Breitbart is about this very thing. POTUS talks about it but he can't change immigration laws without Congress, and Congress isn't going to change the law because most individuals in Congress are benefiting personally (financially) from things remaining exactly the way that they are. And its not only the Democrats either (think: No Name, and Paul Ryan).
And watch out for the massive expansion of the H1-B and H2-B visa programs that Jared Kushner and the Koch brothers are working on in secret. The only place where that has been reported in Breitbart. Don't expect to see it anywhere else, not even here. If you are wondering what POTUS' plan is for this then watch his CPAC speech again. He actually says it. You have a quote in one of your graphics that actually expresses the sentiment.
