In the 2008-2010 timeframe I could not get the EPA to answer any type of communication re: water quality monitoring. Looking back , it is obvious the agency had been co-opted. Trump got right on it with layoffs and accounting audits. Hope it has been continuing on all fronts. Guess it's part of the 60% we don't see. Hope Q calls me to help resolve, have a simple plan (long planned) just need to implement it.
