Chemtrails and geo-warfare. They create a problem and them present themselves as the solution. The DS wants people donating money to Red Cross and other charities they control. The DS wants the federal govt to send money to these states so they siphon it off. This is the way the scam works…time and time again. These people are sick, they do not care about innocent people.
