Workfagging hard the last few days…have digs on stem cells and endocannabinoid I will post today/tomorrow (anon asked over the weekend per notables) and also some thought on grand juries…

Have not dug this out yet, but how can a grand jury be called for a NOT USA vs since grand juries (federal) are generally called by the DOJ? there is precedence for citizen investigations under grand jury structure so almost has to be this…but proper dig coming unless someone has already dug it out…
