No, the 1st Amendment is why the MSM exists. The "law" allows the government to use propaganda. It does not allow defamation, however. The reason these shitstains get away with it is because it is exceedingly difficult for public figures to win defamation lawsuits, particularly Presidents. It would be bad optics for Trump to pursue anyone at this point anyway.
