God can and does use whomsoever he pleases to achieve His purposes. God used Pharoah to elevate Joseph to a position where he could save Egypt from famine and, more importantly, save his father, Jacob, and brothers and family from starvation.

Do you have children?
Did you have to teach your baby to throw a tantrum, to be selfish with his toys and refuse to share, to disobey your instructions? Or did he just have a natural inclination to be bad-tempered, rebellious and selfish? So that you then had to instruct him to act against his base nature and learn to share and be obedient and kind etc etc.
If that's not original sin, I don't know what is.
