If 2 people are on the same network and both press Reply at the same time, both posts arrive at almost the same instant, then the 8ch server will block one with Flood Detected. If I'm harvesting memes and accidentally hit reply a second time after the first 5 memes already posted, I'll get flood detected. If you and somebody on an VPN happen to share an IP address and both post within a few seconds of one another, one of them will get Flood Detected.
Usually if it's something I mean to post (not my error with a duplicated post), I'll change 1 character in the post and press Reply a second time and it will take.
