Who wants to bet all these democrats announcing their run for president is only to deplete secret service assets, as once someone announces their candidacy, they are provided security.

They are trying to weaken Trumps security. They may also be doing it to keep themselves safe from bad actors, but the biggest reason I would be is to undermine security by depleting resources.
