I've said this twice already. WH logs were sealed and we have no way of finding out which Judge. Fucking frustrating. Q's crumbs leads to more not open source stuff that we can't make connections to.
FISC became corrupt when Obama DOJ spied on and held leverage over judges.
You say Contreras because you know of no other names that have been made public. They are all corrupt, imo.
