This is twice now in reading about this that "Wisconsin" has dinged a bell in the back of my head. I gotta go back and find my stuff on an unrelated dig I did maybe 7-8 years ago. Discovered that a lot of these state laws that suddenly appear seemingly out of nowhere are drafted Cliff-Notes or shall I say template style and then all of a sudden other states follow suit. It was like the politicians outsource the writing of such laws to a company. I think the name was ALEC, maybe? In any case, Wisconsin, as I recall, was often the forerunner. Or where the company is located. Just a nag in the back of my mind that Hillary's comments yesterday brought to the forefront…
