Now think about the 'military drills' the U.S. had planned & canceled recently with SK.
I got to thinking, what IF everytime the US participated in military drills near NK the peope of NK were being told:
"Those evil Americans, they're preparing for war against us!"
If their access to U.S. news was filtered, they would not be aware they were just 'drills', they would conceivable believe the EVIL AMERICANS were preparing to invade North Korea
