Joe Digenova just said this was nothing but a perjury trap and a way for Nadler/ Schiff to muddy up people and of course he is right.
Every civilian on the list should refuse to provide anything and refuse to testify. Trump should declare executive privilege over all gov't officials on the list and make congress fight it out in court for 2 years.
