For instance, if they call off the attack on POTUS , things can move forward for the good of the Country.

So…. in a way this is the offering of Pardon.

That is the most valuable Power given the Executive by the Constitution of the U.S.

If they refuse the pardon, no one and nothing to blame but themselves.

It's a kind act. POTUS is a kind man.

It's good optics [PR] but also good policy.
