23&me probably has multiple users. That's how it usually is with the Deep State & cabal. Once someone catches wind of a scam, everyone wants in.
Search the US patent office for technology related to DNA. It sounds like science fiction. The nanobots, quantum dots, etc.
If you believe the Rofschild Disclosures (I think there's much truth in it), then Mr. Rothschild said that the aliens are already residing in us. So, a DARPA/23 & ME experiment with aliens & human DNA could already be well under way.
Also, look into the whole transhumanist movement. They're trying to turn human beings into a electronic organisms that they control. Having everyone's DNA would be helpful in this areas as well.
