just a lowly designfag here and red green blue are also the colors that look best on web. just saying that its why most of these are those colors because on TV and Web they translate the best. Any tertiary colors look a little puky when used in RGB format on TV back in the old days before millions billions of colors were available. Same with printing CMYK. the purer the color to Red Green Blue the better. just my 2cents.
