Right now, all the talk is about gun control and schools, as if only schools are affected and only guns are used. So the argument is this: if we control guns then we will control school shooting and that will solve all our problems.

Attached is a list of rampage/terror events. Criteria for this list are:

• Happened in public outside of the home and included non-relatives

• Intended for or succeeded in multiple casualties

• Garnered national attention at least for a short time

Some triggers included:

• Domestic disputes

• Bullying

• Terrorism

Some perps were described as:

• Depressed

• Paranoid

• On medication

Today’s suicide at the WH is not included because it was not a mass event.

This list shows that it’s not just guns, and it’s not just schools, and it’s not just a recent happening.
