So I spoke to TIMOTHY WEDGE from Carfra Lawton LLP who is representing VIHA (Island Health or Guantanamo North) as a play off the "We, The North" bullshit slogan.
I spoke, he listened. I basically told him that there's a snowflake's chance in hell that I'm going to comply, and that he might as well schedule a hearing date with the registry at VICTORIA LAW COURTS for hearing of his client's motion.
The motion is roughly detailed in their NOTICE OF CLAIM served on me last week, and I told him that since he TECHNICALLY triggered the commencement of the TIME FOR RESPONSE section of the Supreme Court Civil Rules, I technically have 3-weeks.
He demurred and committed to his proposed case timeline of 2 weeks notice-on-notice after which his client will have the opportunity to file NOTICE OF CLAIM with the registry in Victoria.
I explained our position at length, I talk and he listened, and I fully expect that he conveyed my words to his client. I also sorta cautioned and warned him with sanctions under the recent Anti-SLAPP legislation in British Columbia, so that might have something to do with his attentiveness.
I informed him that we're intent on invalidating the statutory liability-protection of the ROGUE STATE ACTORS by demonstrations there actions being in BAD FAITH and without REASONABLE CARE. As a consequent, the STATE AGENCY of Island Health has a duty to protect the Consolidated Revenue Fund of British Columbia (the piggy bank with settlements from lawsuits against the CROWN are draw from) by nullifying the government protections against CIVIL LIABILITY.
But I also requested that he proceed with the action, which will provide us with FULL and UNDERACTED disclosure of relevant records pertinent to my planned defence. Once the suit is filed, I will recommend to his client that they DISCONTINUE their motion, which conveniently leaves door ajar for my MAKING A THRD PARTY CLAIM against the individual state-actors who acted in BAD FAITH and thus have NO government protection, and will likely have a shitty ambulance-chaser as counsel, given that nobody in their right mind would defend these idiots of the highest order. Then I will try to fly over to Victoria and roast the fuckers in court.
