I decided to do a preliminary dig on SNC-L Board Chairman Kevin G. Lynch based on notable from pb #7145. This points towards the "Atlanticist-Unionist" faction of DS trying to bring US back into British Commonwealth.

I then had an initial look at The Ditchley Foundation. Former UK Prime Ministers, Lords, Order of the British Empire (OBE), etc. Very DS. Since they're Atlanticists, made me think of work of US History Prof (to the DS) Carroll Quigley, who exposed them.
Dr. Farrell's book on HESS affair (very senior WWII Nazi) cites Quigley. Supposedly, Hess's flight to UK scuttled the UK-US (re)union plan in the works at the last moment.
Ditchley Foundation seems to be (re?) incarnation of Atlanticist-Unionist faction of UK DS. Wouldn't surprise me to learn of Russiagate connections, but this is speculative. Also makes me think that Meghan Markle wedding to Prince Harry is part of this plan, give US (and other) peasants their own Disney Fairy Princess to make reunion palatable to the masses.
Getting beyond my shovel's paygrade, would appreciate better anons than I digging further. Will try to post tomorrow, probably, with more deets from Farrell on UK DS factions in WWII.
