Better comms needed to avoid shillery (or at least confusion

I do not agree that it is clear which bread is "better," even with less than perfect notables in one of them. Most notables are less than perfect. Kek.

'''TWO NIGHT IN A ROW""

same situation:

No baker, then multiple bakers who don't communicate much, even when asked for a confirmation. I asked TWICE last night, waited. Nothing. Could just be that baker is busy collecting notables (not realizing someoneโ€“meโ€“had done it since ghost bake). Another baker stepped in, but later, original baker returned. Finally.

Similar situation tonight.

Two nights in a row, during a shift where bakers are usually scarce?

No offense to any baker who may be reading this. Not into division-fagging AT ALL. But I saw this go down and want to prevent it in the future.

BETTER COMMS are critical to avoid either shillery or confusion. What are your thoughts, friends?

I see that someone says that AG William Barr can speak Chinese from the last bread. Who is this person, tho?

I could find no official sauce that confirms that he actually speaks Chinese, just that he has a Master's degree in Chinese Studies. Suggest a revision.

E-bot is not much of a problem. Everybody knows it's a bot. No discrimination needed, right? There are bigger fish to fry. Take some of that passion and use for memeing, digging or praying. Plenty to do there.

It's not that Barr might not be proficient in Chinese; it's that I could not find a report that said he was proficient. They all seem to be drawing from the same press release, actuallyโ€“wording close to identical. A guy with Chinese characters next to his name said last bread that Barr can speak Chinese. That's what made me see if I could find something official that said so. But no, maybe someone else can turn something up if it's trueโ€ฆ..

Makes me reflect that some people pick up language very easily while others study for years are never come proficient. So it would be hard to guess. But a master's program in Chinese Studies would likely be academically oriented. Two years is not a long time to study Chinese politics, economics, etc. Might not have any language component at all.

I've been "here" many decades, never thought anything COULD change. Had dreams about this place, this activity. I find myself pretty unattached to outcomes at this point, just had it beat outta me by life. This impasse won't continue indefinitely; it will resolve, one way or the other. I guess I already got what I wanted: the chance to fight.

Thanks so much for /comms/. Very good for practice baking. I am not very talented at baking because of the time pressure thing but I did develop instructions that are a little bit different, maybe useful as another choice. In celebration of baking, here they are. (If you see any errors, plz let me know.)
