no I'm not… what I am saying is that these federal judges are appointed to the court by a President… then the Chief Justice appoints out of many the FISA judges… the article is misleading it says implies that Obama appointed them to the FISA court which he did not… however the article is right in the fact that it was a Obama judge… but I think it misses the target… the FBI SOUGHT OUT an Obama judge… let that sink in…
