I understand you contibuted by writing 1 chapter, but as anons say, this should not be a money making book, not matter if Capt Ray, etc claim to not make money off it. It should be offered free and donations accepted to cover costs of publishing. Any $ over direct costs should be donated and that should have been made clear in the book itself. Too late now, but some here will say it's a form of paytriotism and rightly so.

If it was truly about getting the word out, it would be a free download. Many can not afford to buy a book.

I believe this book should be offered up free to anyone and donations accepted to help off set costs. Charging money for open source information is wrong. Limiting who can see it by affixing a price on it is wrong. Most of us here have sacrificed for this movement. Not one person, including Bezos, should make a cent off of it. Period.
