Ok, Wrap you brains around this…mind you this is hypothetical but bear with me…

Read the whole thing to the end before you comment or laugh!!!

It's Sep 1st, 2020…(election is just 2 month away)…

Trump gets impeached but he knows he had the re-election in the bag…

Trump resigns and Mike Pence is appointed as President…he then appoints Trump to be VP…Ok. so far…

Trump fights the courts and finds the impeachment was invalid…

Trump Wins the re-election?

Now here is the big question…..Did Trump complete his first term?

If he accepts his win…will that be still his first term?

Does he start his first term over again?

Is is considered First Term or Completed First Term?

If he gets to START over again on his (so called) first term because he never really finished his real first term (it got cut short)?

Does it continue where it left off…meaning that when he spends his first 3 months into his second election win…(Jan 20, 2020 + 3 months) that would be considered his first term. or does he get a "DO OVER" basically?

If he gets a "DO OVER"…and this will be his continuation of his first term. what happens next????

Does it say that a President can only have "2 complete 4 years terms" what constitutes a completed term. and what happens if extenuation circumstances would prevent him from completing his first term…

I remember a Mayor in D.C. (a convicted criminal) winning the next mayor election while still being in jail…just thought i would bring that up!!!…

I think you know where I'm headed with this…chime in…i know i'm going to get some doozies comments…not a lawfag..again…just thinking out of the box in this hypothetical…

ENJOY!!!
